ChillPro FRESH LiquidICE benefit

the liquidice benefit

LiquidICE technology was developed and patented by ChillPro Systems as a sustainable cooling medium that cools product to the optimum state in order to preserve product quality and deliver fresher.

ChillPro FRESH uses LiquidICE technology to deliver exceptional cooling and preservation for greater product quality. Used over many food production and processing applications, ChillPro FRESH LiquidICE systems harness the power of rapid cooling to improve profitability in operations and product quality.

Implementing food preservation using sustainable cooling means that produces cool results right to the core.

LIQUIDICE FLOW TO SUIT YOUR PRODUCT

FLEXIBILTY YOU DESERVE

ChillPro LiquidICE technology offers a wide range of cooling temperatures and ice consistencies in order to deliver optimum results across a variety of products and applications. As an option, built within each system package LiquidICE can be formulated to achieve different flow rates.

LiquidICE - Flow30

LiquidICE - Flow 30

LiquidICE Flow30 is the most easy-flowing liquid consistency. This option allows for instant cooling rate and is best suited for applications requiring direct chilling.

LiquidICE - Flow50

LiquidICE - Flow50

Best suited for products that require long-lasting cooling, LiquidICE Flow 50 contains larger and higher concentration of crystals. The solution packs well.

LiquidICE-Flow100

LiquidICE - Flow100

LiquidICE Flow100 is a perfect solution for packing and shipping products. The dry, flowing consistency provides excellent cooling for liquid-free environments.
LIQUIDICE COOLING

HOW DOES COOLING COMPARE?

Ice has been the most commonly used method to cool and control temperatures of fresh food products to avoid spoilage and maintain freshness for more than a century. Ice keeps fresh food products not just cold but maintains moisture and preserves product appearance. Traditional methods of ice include crushed, block, tube, flake, shell or plate ice however all of which have low cooling rates whether applied straight to the product or mixed with water and then applied. Although cooling rates do benefit to a certain extent, the irregular shape of the ice can damage product appearance and only partially cool the product resulting in reduced market value and freshness. ChillPro saw and addressed the problems faced by many fish & seafood harvesters to produce growers and dairy manufactures that a sustainable cooling method was needed to increase profits, speed up operations and deliver consistent quality.

LiquidICE to Flake Ice

Business that process seafood products, grow and pack produce, process meats and manufacture dairy products, these are all heavily dependent on commercial ice making systems in order to achieve product quality and preservation. Ensuring the correct ice cooling systems ensures increase of yield, reducing operational costs and expanding into mew markets.

LiquidICE to RSW

RSW is often the most common cooling method for cooling of fish & seafood products on-board fishing vessels. For product caught in large qualitites over a short period of time, RSW takes place as a better cooling method than flake ice - however there are some limitations in cooling with RSW. LiquidICE has focussed on these limitation to deliver a more sustainable cooling medium.
